Observational: X-rays
AE Aqr, FO Aqr, BG CMi, TV Col, TX Col, EX Hya, GK Per, AO Psc, and V1223 Sgr, as well as V603 Aql, V533 Her, V426 Oph, and SW UMa.
X-ray spin pulse fraction increases towards lower energies, thus indicating photoelectric absorption; yet normalization changes are also required. The energy dependence of pulse fraction is not consistent with a simple absorber.
