Mar 1 :: Final Head Count
Just a few hours before launch, the astronauts are suited-up for a trip off the planet. One woman and six men will travel to where few have. Top row: Currie, Massimino, Altman, Newman. Bottom Row: Grunsfeld. Linnehan, Carey, the group.
Feb 27 :: Rollout of the Rotating Service Structure RSS
With the Hubble payload safely stowed on board Columbia, the RSS was rotated away in the morning. Columbia was once again revealed to the public and press. Originally scheduled for launch the next morning, Columbia and its crew will have to wait at least one more day due to inclement weather (too cold).
