Registration

There is no registration fee to attend and participate in the UV/Vis Workshop. However, because we need to arrange badges and otherwise prepare for your attendance, we ask that you register online.

Your registration will initiate the visitor's badge request you will need to gain access to the NASA Goddard campus. Here you will be able to prepay for your meal tickets, which include morning and afternoon coffee breaks as well as lunch. Unfortunately, there will not be an option to pay onsite. Cancellations with requests for refunds (less 10% processing fee) will only be accepted through June 18, 2015.

The last date to register is June 18, 2015 for US citizens, and June 8, 2015 for non US citizens. These dates are set by the Goddard Security requirements for badges.

The NASA Conference Tracking (NCTS) number/Title for this workshop are: 22545-15 / "SIG 2 Workshop - Finding the UV-Visible Path Forward". Registering for the workshop in NCTS takes only a couple of minutes, costs nothing, and is a prerequisite to attending the workshop if you're required to use NCTS (If your time at the workshop or your travel is NASA-funded).
