Verification Binaries
The verification binary file, as read in by the Galaxy code which generates the source data, is located in the sourceforge archiveThe same 25 binaries appear at the head of the full galaxy data file for 2.1 training data. That file snippet is available here, with column headings matching those in the other binary data files used in the Round 2 challenges. For the blind challenge, the columns representing orientation differ.
