Vickie Moran
TESS Deputy Project Manager
NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC)

Deputy PM (DPM): Vickie Moran has over 27 years of experience at Goddard Space Flight Center working flight projects. The first 16 years were spent developing and delivering flight hardware and working integration and test as a Power Systems engineer for missions including CoBE, TRMM, and EO-1 and working mission operations as a Mission Director for TRMM, EOS Terra, Aqua and Aura, Landsat, and ERBS which included planning for controlled reentry of TRMM and ground system replacement/automation to reduce operations cost in parallel with ongoing operations. The last 11 years have been spent in Flight Projects as the Observatory Manager for the Glory mission, as the Deputy Projector Manager Technical for the MMS mission, and as the Deputy Project Manager for TESS.
