Nova Candidates in Kawash et al. (2021) and Kawash et al. (2022)

In a series of papers, Kawash and collaborators studied the Galacitc nova rate, culminating in Kawash et al. (2022; ApJ, in press). In the course of these studies, a concerted effort was made to identify classical novae among faint, reddened transients. Here are the nova candidates that they could not confirm, from Table 2 of Kawash et al. (2021), except for two objects (ASASSN-17lq and ASASSN-19fd) that were later confirmed to be dwarf novae, and Table 2 of Kawash et a. (2022).

VVV and OGLE Nova Candidates

As far as I'm aware, they were announced after the eruption and therefore do not have spectroscopic confirmation, although some of the light curves are very convincing.
