What does space food tast like. I understand it is dry freezed but how do they eat freeze dry icecream? Where can you by space food?

I think you can buy "space food" as you call it at any NASA visitor center. Hopefully you are near a NASA visitor center, if not I suspect you could write them and ask if there is a way to order the "space food." At least the freeze dried variety.
Go to the NASA main web site at
http://www.nasa.gov and search for visitor centers or public outreach.

If you wish to ask the astronauts there is a web site to ask astronauts questions. I believe the webmaster has placed that web address on this discussion board somewhere. You could try
http://spaceflight.nasa.gov, but I wouldn't know exactly where on that site.
