Amendment No. 3 to the NASA Research Announcement (NRA) entitled "Research Opportunities in Space and Earth Sciences (ROSES) 2005," NNH05ZDA001N, released January 28, 2005 On or about March 8, 2005, Amendment No. 3 to NASA Research Announcement "Research Opportunities in Space and Earth Sciences" (NNH05ZDA001N) will be posted on its homepage Web site at http://nspires.nasaprs.com/ (select "Solicitations" then "Open Solicitations" then "NNH05ZDA001N"). This amendment has two parts. (1) For the RXTE, GALEX, and FUSE Guest Observer/Guest Investigator program elements described in Appendices C.7, C.8, and C.9: Proposers from non-U.S. institutions to the RXTE, GALEX, and FUSE Guest Observer/Guest Investigator programs may optionally submit an electronic Notice of Intent (NOI) rather than an electronic Cover Page. This change only applies to proposers at foreign institutions submitting proposals that do not request funding. Further details and instructions are given in the amendment. (2) For only the GALEX Guest Investigator program element described in Appendix C.8, co-investigators on selected non-U.S. proposals will not be eligible for funding.
