REGISTRATION
The Registration Fee for this meeting will be $15.00 to cover the cost of refreshments provided. You may remit by check, money order or credit card. If you wish to remit by credit card simply print the registration form and send via facsimile to 301/220-1704, attn: Mary Hurlbut. The registration for the meeting will begin at 8:00 AM on Tuesday, June 24, 1997 in the Building 3 Auditorium. It is very important that all participants complete and send the registration form by June 19, 1997. After this date all registrations will be accepted on a walk-in basis.
Please take this opportunity to register by email. We need to estimate attendance ASAP. Although we want the broadest possible representation of potential technologies, there are physical limits on attendance.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION
The Super Shuttle is a service offered by BWI Airport which provides door to door service from Baltimore Washington International (BWI) Airport. When you arrive at BWI proceed to the baggage claim area and continue to the Ground Transportation Desk on the lower level, Pier C. The cost to the Greenbelt area is approximately $16.00 one way, per person. Cash, Checks, or credit cards are accepted.
The Aeroshuttle is a service offered by Washington National Airport which provides door to door service. You must make a reservation in advance by calling 1-800-673-0174. The cost to the Greenbelt area is approximately $27.00 per person, one way. Cash and Checks only are accepted, no credit cards. When you call to make your reservation, you may arrange where and what time you would like to be picked up at the airport.

SECURITY CLEARANCE
Civil servant and contractor personnel from NASA Headquarters and other NASA centers may enter via the Main Gate located on Greenbelt Road. You need only show your NASA badge to the guard. All other conference participants must obtain a Special Event Badge at the Main Gate. The Special Event Badge should be kept on you at all times while on center. If you arrive by taxi, you will have to stop and obtain the same Special Event Badge before entering GSFC.
Foreign Nationals must register for security clearance by June 10, 1997. Upon your arrival you will need to register at the Main Gatehouse and obtain a foreign national badge. Entrance into Goddard may be seriously delayed or denied for those foreign nationals that do not register in advance.
PARKING
There is a conference parking lot at NASA/Goddard Space Flight Center directly across from Building 8. When entering the Center, proceed to the first stop sign and make a left. Make your first right into the conference parking lot. Parking is limited at the Center, so we ask that you please carpool if possible.
MEALS
A Dining Guide will be provided to attendees to make meal arrangements.
