Dr. Kalshoven has been the Technology Manager for NASA's Small Business Innovation Research Program for nearly two years. Prior to his current position he was in Goddard's Earth Science Directorate where he conducted research and flight experiments in laser remote sensing for which he has received Goddard's Inventor of the Year and the NASA Exceptional Achievement Medal.
