The team from Sumitomo Heavy Industries topping off the liquid helium in the XRS insert. They are carefully feeding the transfer tube through a slit in the clean-room curtain to the fill tube inside. Then they will pressurize the large tank of liquid helium, forcing it through the tube and into the XRS insert.
