Last night was a bulge scan and an observation of 1820-30 for Tod's
AO-3 proposal just before the scans.

The last 2 scans, days 2077 and 2080, did not appear to have any new
sources.
Interesting behavior of old ones:

1E1740.7-2942 may be starting down.
2S1742-294 went down again to below half the maximum.
4U 1728-34 is at a local minimum.
4U 1746-371 remains relatively bright (450 c/s).
4U1820-30 went back down to its going low track. 
     Comparing in detail to the ASM is humbling. The ASM
     just missed the flare and probably was relatively high
     right after, and declining. The PCA completely missed
     a day long ASM dip. The comparison I think implies the
     transitions are rather abrupt (couple of hours).
EXO_1722-363, which keeps bouncing between 2--40 c/s and zero 
     was 40 3 days ago and 0 today. It would be interesting
     to study more. 
R 1832-330 is near its former peak (90 c/s).
SLX_1744-300 is locally high (480 c/s).
XTE J1819-254 for the last two times has been back up to about 100
     c/s.
