Registration and Fees
Those of you who receive financial help have been informed by e-mail. The financial help amounts to 600.- Euros. I.e. you will not have to pay the registration fees that cover the lodging for the whole period and lunches during the weeks.
Accomodation
Accommodation will be provided for all participants, either at the institute or within the village (shared room).
-> Please let us know if you would like to share your room with a specific person.
As the institute is within a 20 minute walk from the village, with no public transportation, it is highly recommended to wear comfortable walking shoes and to have a flashlight to make the trip easier after dark.
Venue
Attendants are expected to arrive on April 3 and depart on April 14, 2006. Bus shuttles will be organised from the airport of Ajacccio to Cargèse on April 3 and will leave after the 11:00 a.m. plane has arrived. You are advised to book your ticket as soon as possible.

Note that it is possible to take the boat from Marseilles, or Nice. The overnight boats usually arrive around 7 a.m. in Ajaccio. There are shuttles from downtown Ajaccio to the airport.
-> Let us know if you plan to take the shuttle from the airport with us on Monday, April 3rd at 11 a.m.
-> Let us know if you need a formal invitation letter in order to obtain a visa from the french consulate or embassy that may be necessary for your trip to France
You are of course free to arrive to Cargèse by your own means, but note that no lodging will be provided by the institute/school before Monday 3rd.
Cargèse is located 70 km north of Ajaccio on the west coast of Corsica, France. Cargèse is a beautiful 800 inhabitants village which contains most of the services you may require (except for a travel agency). There is a car rental agency, garage, post office, bank, restaurants, shops, pharmacy and medical facilities. Be advised however that there is no travel agency in Cargèse and that not all business will accept payment by credit card. Please arrive with your return travel arrangements already made.
Presentation Some time will be dedicated for those of you who want to make oral presentations. However due to the very limited time, a poster presentation is also possible.
