Brief Bio
Richard Fink was been at NASA/GSFC since 1989. First as a contractor on the
ROSAT mission and as a civil servant since 1993. He has worked on ground processing
systems for the ROSAT, ASCA, Astro-E1, and Swift missions. He did instrument control
software for the Top Hat balloon engineering test prototype.
