Craig Markwardt writes: Here are the galactic bulge observations for the past few times. The rapid burster complicatees my life a little, as I try to account for the bursts when we see them. Not perfect but it helps some. * The rapid burster is of course active. We've seen several bursts near times 23 Mar 19:27 UT, 30 Mar 17:24, and 02 Apr 17:25. There is of course persistent emission distinct from the bursting emission. Of greater interest is that the current outburst of the rapid burster is already in the declining phase. This is faster than the previous one; also the peak is about 30% of the previous outburst peak. * SAX J1747.0-2853 is at about 10% of its peak, near 10 mCrab. * SAX J1808 is gone again. * KS 1731 continues to climb (past ~70 mCrab), but is still at the low end of its 1999 history.
