Commentary

Craig Markwardt writes:

Again data processing was delayed because of missing realtime data.  I
have processed the production data, and for the most part this is a
quiet observation.

MXB 1659-29 is outside the field of view of our observations by a few
degrees.  Unfortunately the current scans are as long as they can be,
so we can't simply extend them to include MXB 1659-29.

Items of note:

 * No new bright sources.
 * XTE J1710-281 is at about 50 ct/s (5 mCrab).
 * XTE J1723-376 is at about 820 ct/s (82 mCrab).
 * XTE J1819-254 is at about 260 ct/s (26 mCrab).
 * 4U 1728-34 peaked at about 1300 ct/s (~130 mCrab) and is now at
   about 90 mCrab.
 * GX 3+1 is experiencing a steady rise from about 2000 ct/s to 2800
   ct/s.
 * K1731-26 is at about 750 ct/s (~75 mCrab), about 250 ct/s above
   it's quiescent level.
 * The rapid burster continues to decline.  For once, no bursts were
   seen!
