Here is a summary of the galactic bulge observations of 24 Feb 2000
(day 2245).

 * GRS 1747-312 is continuing to hold steady at about 32 mCrab (2-10
   keV), which is not unexpected.

 * SAX J1808 was again consistent with its baseline level, i.e., not
   detected.

 * Over the past three weeks KS 1731-260 has gradually more than
   quadrupled to 30 mCrab.  Judging by past behavior, it may spike up
   to 100-150 mCrab in the next week or so.
