Craig Markwardt writes:

Here is a summary of the observations of the galactic bulge.  This
scan was a "regular" scan (primarily in DEC).

 * The Terzan 6 source GRS 1747-312 continues to be bright, and
   apparently is not decaying monotonically.  Count rate is about 300
   ct/s/5PCU, the same as last time (5 days ago).
 * SLX 1735-269, which turned on again in the last observation after
   being off for about two weeks, continues to increase and is now at
   300 ct/s.  Its persistent level before the turn-off was about 100
   ct/s.
 * KS 1731-260 continues to be bright, at about 1500 ct/s
 * 4U 1820-30 has declined significantly in the past week.  While it
   was at 4000 ct/s last week, its intensity is about 2200 ct/s now.
